Growing up each Christmas we made gingerbread houses when we would visit my grandparents. My Grandma would make each grandchild their own individual gingerbread house using graham crackers and then put out the candy so we could decorate them.
Last year we decided to decorate gingerbread houses for the first time and it was so much fun. We used a couple of Gingerbread House kits to put together our houses and decorate them.

I had no idea there were so many gingerbread house kit options! What a fun collection! My favorite is the one that makes 8 little houses. That would be perfect for us to do with our kids and allow them each to make a couple by themselves.
