The holidays are just around the corner and at our house, that means holiday baking. All of the homemade baked goods are my favorite part of the holidays.

But all of that baking while fun can also be stressful and time-consuming. Here are some baking hacks and tips to make your holiday baking a little easier.
Holiday Baking Hacks

Use a Cookie Sheet to Bake Pies
Always bake your pies on a cookie sheet. This makes it easier to take pies in and out of the oven. If the filling boils out of the pie tin it ends up on the cookie sheet not the bottom of your oven. Cover the cookie sheet with tinfoil for extra fast clean up.

Easily Soften Brown Sugar
Hardened brown sugar is the worst. To easily soften your brown sugar simply place a slice of bread with the brown sugar in an airtight container. Let it sit for at least a few hours, overnight is best.
