Y’all loved the Mother’s Day card for grandma we made last year so much that I decided we needed a new one this year. This year I made the card a fun handprint and all about grandma questionnaire combination.

This card is so simple to make and grandma will love it. The all about grandma part of the card is so fun and can be done year after year. It’s always so fun to look back and see how the answers change as the kids grow.
Supplies:
- Printable {at the bottom of this post} printed on cardstock
- Markers
- Stamp pad or paint
Making the Card
To make this fun Mother’s Day card for grandma we stared out by making the handprint flower.
To make the flower you can either use a colored stamp pad or paint. We used different color stamp pads this time but we have used paint in the past.
Cover your child’s hand in ink or paint and then press it at the top of the flower stem on the card.
Let the ink/paint dry and then let the kids color the leaves. We had some leaves colored green and others colored a variety of colors. They all turned out looking great.
Now it’s time to fill out the questionnaire part of the card.
All About Grandma
When we are filling out the All About Grandma part of the card I like to show my kids a picture of grandma to make it easier for them to think of the answers about that specific grandma.
Depending on your kids ages you might need to fill in the answers or they might be able to do it on their own.
This year my kids can both write their names so they will sign the bottom of the card and I will fill in their answers.
After your kids are done filling out and decorating the card they can fold it in half to look like an actual card if they want and include something in the middle or glue it shut. Or they can leave it open so grandma can hang the card and see both the handprint flower and the questionnaire at the same time.
