The All About My Mommy questionnaire features fewer questions and a much larger drawing area, making it perfect for little hands that are still mastering their artistic skills.
While my youngest might not have an answer for every question yet, my three-year-old absolutely loved dictating his answers to me so I could write them down. The results are always a treasure…there is nothing quite like a toddler’s perspective on how old you are or what your “job” is!

I recommend printing this page on cardstock for durability, but regular printer paper works just fine too!
