Inside: Fun and easy Frozen Birthday party foods for a Frozen themed party.
We just had a birthday party for our youngest turning four. The theme she chose was a Disney Frozen Birthday party since Elsa is currently her favorite Disney princess.

This isn’t the first time we’ve had a frozen birthday party. When my older daughter was three, we also had a Frozen party complete with a Princess Elsa cake.
For my daughters Frozen party this year we decided it would be fun to have some themed food and I love how it turned out.

Frozen Birthday Party Foods
There are so many great ideas for Frozen birthday party foods, we decided to go with one of our 4-year-olds favorites.
Each of the foods had a fun Frozen name and we made some simple food tags to go with them. (You can get the free printable food labels at the bottom of this post)

At the start of our food buffet line we had plates and bowls. Next to the plates we had a tag that said “8,000 salad plates” because I thought it was fun.
Frozen Foods
We chose to have soup as our main dish for the party menu and then had so much fun coming up with other themed party food ideas to go with the soup.

Hot Soup in the Castle
Our main dish was “Hot soup in the castle”. We chose to have chicken noodle soup (my daughters favorite) and homemade chili.
Finish Each Other’s Sandwiches
To go along with our soup, we had grilled cheese sandwiches (made last minute) cut in triangles and possibly one of my favorite references to the movie.

Sven’s Snacks
Svens snacks is what we called our simple veggie tray of carrot sticks and cucumbers (you could do baby carrots and any other veggies you want). You could also only do carrots and call them Sven’s Carrots or Olaf’s Noses.
Frozen Birthday Party Sweet Treats
When we were planning our Frozen-themed birthday party my daughter only wanted to have cake, cupcakes and cookies. Luckily, we talked her into some real food, but we definitely made sure to have some sweet Frozen party food.

Kristoff’s Ice Blocks
We made blue Jello for Kristoff’s ice blocks and they turned out so cute.
We followed the recipe on the box for Jigglers and poured them into a greased pan and then once they were set, we cut them into squares to look like ice cubes.

Frozen Hearts
Our frozen themed birthday party was at the perfect time for us to get Little Debbie Heart Cakes (they usually have them out around Valentine’s Day).
The cakes are iced so pretty and were perfect for our party theme. (These cakes would also be really cute in a bag of party favors.)
Cupcakes
Like I mentioned above my daughter really wanted cupcakes for her party, so we got pink cupcakes (they went with her party colors). I printed some Elsa images, and we taped them to toothpicks to put in a few of the cupcakes.

Chocolate Cake
I wanted to do a Vanilla cake from Costco with some cute Elsa figures on top, but my little girl insisted she need the chocolate Costco cake with the balloons. She won and we called it “I wanna stuff some chocolate in my face!” and she had the biggest smile on her face as she sang that part of the song over and over.
Frozen Birthday Party Drinks
We chose to have two drinks for the party and I just love the names we came up with.

Olaf in Summer
Our first and most popular drink was cold water or Olaf in summer as we called it (you could also call water melted Olaf or melted snow if like that better).

Coronation Cocoa
For our hot chocolate we had a big pot of hot water and then a couple of flavors of hot coco mix for those that wanted it. The hot coco was our take on Hot Glogg referred to in the first movie.
Along with the delicious food we also had some fun Frozen-themed party games and DIY decorations.
