My Mom Mother’s Day Book Card (Free Printable)

With Mother’s Day coming up later this week we have been doing some fun mother’s day crafts and activities at our house. One of those activities is this Mother’s Day printable book.

Earlier this week I was helping my kids fill out the all about my mom questionnaire and my son informed me I missed some questions. So I made this My Mom mother’s day printable book with those missing questions.

This fun miniature book has 8 pages with space to write answers to questions about mom and to draw pictures. This book makes a fun Mother’s Day card for kids to give to mom.

My Mom Mother’s Day Printable Book

With one quick cut and a little “magical” folding, you turn this one-page printable into an 8-page book (the front and back cover and 6 pages in between) all about mom. You can get the free printable book at the bottom of this post.

What’s inside the book about Mom?

Each page of the book has either a place to color, questions to answer, or both. The front and back covers of the book can be colored if kids would like.

The first pages of the book are about what Mom looks like. With space to draw a picture of mom and questions like how tall mom is, how much she weighs and what color her hair is.

The next set of pages talks about Mom’s favorite color and what Mom does that you like. The last two inside pages of the book ask what Mom is best at and what Mom does to make you laugh.

The back cover of the book has a heart and space for kids to write their name before gifting the little book to Mom.

You can have kids color the book before you fold it or after it’s folded it’s totally up to you.

How to Fold the Book

After printing out your book fold it in half like a hamburger. While the book is folded in half cut on the dotted line to the end of the page with the dots, don’t cut into the next little pages of the book.

Now unfold the page and fold it in half lengthwise. Unfold and pinch the middle pages together this will pull the other pages into each other. Crease the lines between the pages and fold them into a closed book.
