As you know our family loves to travel and get out and explore. When we go exploring I love to bring my Nikon to capture the experiences my family has. Even though my kids are young they will be able to remember our travels with photos.
Each month I take over a thousand photos with my camera and even more than that on my phone. Last year I took so many photos and very few of those photos ever got printed. This year I want to print more of our photos so the kids can easily see them.

When Presto Photos offered to a collage print to review I was so excited to print some of our travel photos from our trip to California in January.
Ordering our Collage
Ordering through the Presto Photos website was quick and easy. I love the compare for yourself tool that shows what a picture would look like printed on different materials. The prices for wall art prints on presto photo are similar to other online printing companies.

After placing my order I was given the date of delivery. My photo collage actually ended up arriving about 4 days early, it was a great surprise.
Unboxing the Print
Opening the package I was very impressed with how well protected the print was. The collage print was wrapped in plastic so it wouldn’t move during shipping.

Pulling my faux canvas print out of the box I was impressed with the quality of the photos in the collage. They had vibrant colors and details.
Faux Canvas
Though I loved how the photos looked the faux canvas is not my favorite. I decided to get the faux canvas since I wanted the collage to go in the playroom and wanted to save some money.

The front of the faux canvas with the photos on it is bright and well printed, perfect for the playroom. If the sides of the canvas were also printed I would like the faux canvas a lot more. Since the sides are bright white it doesn’t look as clean and crisp as a regular canvas print.
At first, it was a little strange how lightweight the faux canvas print is, but it’s actually kind of nice that it’s not heavy and would be easy to hang with pushpins or command hooks if you live in a rental.
After messing with how to position the print so it looked the best, I finally found the perfect spot in our playroom to remind us of our fun trip to California with Grandpa and Grandma.
Would I do it again?
Would I order the exact same thing again? No. I wouldn’t order a faux canvas again. There is really nothing wrong with the faux canvas it’s just not my favorite. For just a little bit more I could have gotten a canvas print and I think it would have looked a lot better.

Would I order from Presto Photo again? Yes. I was very impressed with the quality of the photos, the customer service and how quickly I received my photos. I really want to order one of the metal prints, I just need to get the right photo!
Remembering our Travels
Taking photos and videos is our favorite way to remember our travels. Printing those photos as collages or simple 4×6 prints and having them in albums and as decor around our house is a great way to remember our travels on a daily basis.
