Fall in Utah is beautiful, though sometimes short-lived. The vibrant fall colors found throughout the state especially in the mountains are one of my favorite parts of fall in Utah.

Fall Activities in Utah

There are so many fun things to do in Utah during the fall it’s hard to decide what activities to do first. Here are just a few of the things you can do in Utah this fall.

Visit A Pumpkin Patch

There are a lot of different pumpkin patches scattered throughout the state. To find one in your area look at this list of Utah Pumpkin Patches.

Find your way through a Corn Maze

Just like pumpkin patches, there are a lot of different options for Corn Mazes. One of the most popular corn mazes in Utah is at Cornbelly’s.

Go for a Fall Drive

One of my favorite Fall Drives is around the Alpine Loop. The loop goes from Provo to Alpine, it’s a beautiful drive any time of year, but the fall colors make it extra special.

Go Hiking

Utah has some of the best hiking, from the red rocks in southern Utah to the many trails throughout northern Utah. Find a trail and have some fun out in nature before the snow starts to fly.

Enjoy All Things Pumpkin

One of my favorite fall treats is a pumpkin spice steamer from Kneaders. But let’s be honest all things pumpkin are great!

Fall Crafts

Do a fall craft something as simple as leaf rubbings can be fun for the whole family.

College Football

Attend or watch a college football game. In Utah the big game each fall is the game between the University of Utah and BYU.
