Easy Chocolate Marshmallow Bunnies for Easter

Inside: Easy chocolate marshmallow bunnies for a fun easter snack.

Easter coming up fast and you definitely want to add making these adorable, chocolate marshmallow bunnies to your plans.

When we visited Disneyland this spring one of my kids favorite treats were Tigger tails (marshmallows, caramel and chocolate). So I thought it would be fun to make an Easter version of this treat.

These are such a cute treat to make and would be perfect for an Easter party.

Chocolate Marshmallow Bunnies

Making these chocolate marshmallow bunnies is easy and older kids will love helping.

First you’re going to make your bunny shape. I used a regular sized marshmallow for the head and stuck it on a skewer.

Then I cut ears out of another regular sized marshmallow, this thin kind of triangle shapes.

Dip the bottom of each “ear” into chocolate and attach it to the top of the other marshmallow. Do this for all the bunnies you’re making and let the chocolate cool so the ears are stuck!

While you wait for the ears to stick it’s a great time melt caramel if you’re going to do a caramel layer.

Next add a layer of caramel to your marshmallow bunny shapes.

After the caramel layer sets it’s time to dip them in chocolate. I did white chocolate but you could do milk or dark if you prefer.

Now it’s time to make the bunnies faces. You can add a cute bunny nose and eyes while the chocolate is still wet or wait until it dries and attach it with icing (or more chocolate).

After it dries you can use icing to add details like a cute mouth and pink in the ears if you want.

If you would prefer to keep it more simple you can also just do a cute bunny tail (mini m&m) and call it good.
