If your kids like to snack as much as mine do, then you need to check out these healthy snack ideas. From sweet to savory there are all kinds of snacks your kids are going to love.

I don’t know about you but my kids could snack all day if I let them. Even right after eating lunch or dinner, my kids will ask for snacks. (Sometimes I don’t even have the meal put away yet!)
With all the snacking that goes on in our house, it’s important to me that at least some of the snacking that happens is healthy. So I thought I would share with you some of our favorite healthy snacks for kids.
Healthy Snack Ideas for Kids
These healthy snack ideas are perfect for after school, before bed, and just about any other time the kids ask for a snack.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
A quick chocolate peanut butter smoothie is as a perfect snack. We love blending chocolate almond milk, a frozen banana and some peanut butter for a delicious treat.
Lasto Peanut Butter in the squeeze bottle makes it really easy to add as much peanut butter as we want to our smoothies.
Carrots and Hummus
Carrots or other veggies with hummus are a great savory snack. My kids love carrots and cucumbers with the classic hummus. But you might find another hummus flavor is a hit with your kids.

Red Chocolate
Let’s admit it sometimes you just need chocolate. Red Chocolate has no added refined sugar and it has 35% fewer calories than other chocolates. With 4 different flavors, Red Chocolate is a great healthier chocolate option.
Natures Bakery Fig Bars
Natures Bakery Fig Bars are a convenient healthy snack. With no artificial flavors or high fructose corn syrup, these bars are filled with thoughtful ingredients. These bars include real fruits, figs, and whole wheat.

Apple Slices and PBfit Dip
Mix BPfit powder with water for a quick and easy apple dip. Both the classic PBfit powder and the pumpkin spice powder make delicious apple dips. (It’s also a delicious addition to a chocolate smoothie!)
