Are you ever surprised by how much energy your kids have? I know my kids often surprise me with how much energy they have. So as a sanity saver we have started doing more and more active activities with the kids to use up that energy.
I don’t know about your kids but my kids love dice so I decided to come up with a fun kids workout using dice.
This kids roll of the dice workout is a great way to practice counting with dice and get burn some energy with kid friendly exercise activities.
Kids Roll of the Dice Workouts
To do this kids roll of the dice workout all you need is a pair of dice and the printable workout sheet below.
Before you start doing this workout activity be sure you have an open space where the kids can move around without bumping into each other or other things.
You can do this activity inside our outside in the yard, whichever on you want or both.
How to do this Activity
Have the kids take turns rolling the dice and counting what number they roll.
Find that number on the printable workout sheet.
Have all the kids do that activity.
Now it’s the next kids turn, continue doing the workout activity until the kids lose interest.
Be sure to save the dice and printable so you can do this activity again another day.
