St. Patrick’s Day 3-D Shamrock Card

St. Patrick’s Day is coming up fast and this 3-D Shamrock is the perfect kid’s craft!

You can make this 3-D shamrock into a card or you can have it as a fun St. Patrick’s Day Decoration.

Things you Need:

Printable Heart Sheet printed on Green Paper

Card or cardstock

Scissors

Glue

Making The 3-D Shamrock Card

First, cut out all of the hearts and put them into 3 equal piles. You will have a couple extra hearts, set those aside. Next take one pile of hearts and fold them all except one in half.

Then using a glue stick attach the “heart halves” to the one flat heart until there is only 1 heart left then attach it flat across both heart halves.

Repeat with the other 2 piles of hearts. When you have 3 3-D hearts it’s time to assemble the Shamrock.

Take your card, I made my card by cutting a sheet of card stock in half and then folding it, and arrange the 3 hearts into a shamrock shape on the card.

Attach the hearts and “fluff” them by separating the layers. Then take one of your extra hearts, cut it in half and then cut a strip from that to use as the stem for your Shamrock.

Now you have a 3-D shamrock you can put the card up as a decoration or write a cute note inside and give it away!
