Summer is almost here and it’s the perfect time to start planning all your fun summer activities and getting them organized with this summer calendar template.
Even if you use an online calendar these printable calendars make it fun for kids to see what you have planned as part of your daily schedules for summer break.
June July August Printable Calendar
After dealing with a crazy school calendar it can be tempting to throw out the calendar for the summer, but using a calendar definitely helps my family make the most of our summer vacation.
For our Summer (in the United States) calendar I created two different options: A big wall calendar (24″x 36″) with all three months (aren’t 3-month calendars fun?) and individual monthly calendars (June Calendar, July Calendar and August Calendar).
The two different options give a variety of formats for you to choose from. Each of the two different options also include calendars with two different day of the week starts: a Monday start of the week and a Sunday start.
Monthly June, July, August Calendar
The monthly free printable June July and August calendar printable is a standard US letter (8 1/2 x 11) size that is perfect for printing at home.
Each of the calendars are undated so they can be used for any year.

Big June July August Printable Calendar
While individual monthly calendars are great I thought it would be fun to have a BIG calendar for June, July and August with all three months and a summer bucket list combined.

The 3 month calendar is a blank calendar without dates, so you can print a new one each year and simply write in the dates.
There are also blank lines with check boxes on the calendar for you to write your summer bucket list.

Printing Your June July and August Calendar
The individual monthly June, July and August calendars can be printed on standard paper from home. If you purchase the the BIG 3-month calendar that is 24″ x 36″ it will need to be printed from a print shop.
Staples, Office Depot and other print shops can often print the big paper size as a blueprint or engineer print for around $5 or less for the big size.
After purchasing your printable calendar template go to your chosen print shops website and upload the pdf calendar to order the print.
Using your Calendar
Once you have your calendar printed it can be fun to get the whole family together to make your bucket list and color the fun summer items on the calendar.
Coloring the calendar makes the cute calendars unique for each family.
After dating and coloring our summer calendar I like to go through and add the major holidays and special occasions we will be celebrating. I also add trips we have planned.
We usually go over our calendar on a weekly or monthly basis to check off things from our bucket list and make sure we aren’t missing anything on the calendar.
