It’s always so fun to take photos during the holiday season. There are so many fun moments to capture and the decor just makes the pictures so much more magical.

One of my favorite places to look for photograph inspiration is Pinterest. I find help with color schemes, backdrops, and tips for taking my own family photos. Along with pose ideas and other photo inspiration.

Taking photos is my favorite way to journal and remember the details of my family’s life. During the crazy holiday season, it can be easy to forget to take any photos beyond a snapshot. Each year we go to a tree farm to cut down our Christmas tree. This is a fun place to snap some photos as your family explores and tries to find the perfect tree.

 

 

Inside a Christmas Stocking

The little man’s first Christmas we accidentally ordered a stocking that was SO big. It was perfect for taking Christmas pictures in! Both of our kids have photos taken in this Christmas stocking.
