Giving someone a “Heart Attack” is a fun way to show your love for them. Since we live across the country from all of our family we can’t do traditional heart attacks to their doors. So we decided to send some “Heart Attacks” in the mail.

The little man was so excited to help put together the packages of hearts.
Things to Include in your Heart Attacks

Colored Hearts
The colored hearts were cut out of construction paper in multiple different sizes. The little man colored some of them and others we left blank.
Googly eye heart-a-pillar
This is a caterpillar made from hearts with one letter written on each heart and of course, it has googly eyes.

A Heart Monster
This has been the Little Mans favorite valentines day craft. We have made them multiple times, so we had to include them in our heart attack package. Here is a post with instructions to make your own heart monsters.
Pictures
Including a few recent pictures of the kids or a new family photo, is always a great idea.
You could easily add treats and other fun valentines day crafts to your heart attack.
No matter what you include in your heart attack. We know Grandpa and Grandma will love it.
Have you ever sent a loved one a heart attack? What did you include in it?
