We just started our new homeschool year and the night before our first day we had a fun back to homeschool party.

Back to Homeschool Dinner Fun Placemat Coloring Pages
The kids loved coloring the placemats while we got dinner ready. I made two different placemat options.
One for younger kids with the alphabet and fun school items. The design for older kids includes some complex math problesm along with fun school itmes to color.
The placemats are designed to be printed on legal paper (8.5 x 14) to make them bigger and the perfect size to use as a placemat for a cute addition to your bakc to school party (or first morning breakfast).
After dinner we had a special dessert.

Goals and Bucket List
After our fun dinner and dessert we spent some time setting goals for our first month of homeschool with these printable goal pages.
We also took a few minutes to start writing a homeschool bucket list with some of the things we want to do this homeschool year. This is something we will add to as the year goes on.

The last thing we did to end our back to homeschool night was Father’s Blessings. It’s one of my favorite back to school traditions. My husband says a special prayer over each of our children and myself before we start the new year. It’s the perfect way to start the year on the right foot for our family.
