A couple of weeks ago we got a Vitapod Drink System and ever since we set it up anytime someone comes over they ask what it is. My kids are quick to answer that it makes juice and that cotton candy is the best.
As you can guess the kid’s answer leads to more questions about if it’s a juicer and how you can get cotton candy juice.

What is a Vitapod Drink System?
While my kid love to drink the juice we make with our Vitapod it’s not actually a juicer. For a quick answer, I like to tell people it’s like Krueger but for cold drinks.
For a more detailed answer, the drink system has two parts the Vitapod machine and pods. The Vitapod Machine is a “high-performance drink machine with advanced filtration [and] is uniquely engineered to transform tap water into nourishing wellness drinks that are healthier than water.”
What does that actually mean? This drink machine takes tap water and filters it multiple times before cooling it to the optimal drink temperature and then mixing the filtered and chilled water with the specially formulated pods.
The pods are filled with essential vitamins, electrolytes, and plant antioxidants making your Vitapod drinks healthier than water.
How Does it Work
Now that you have an idea of what the drink system is and what it does let me take you step by step through how you use the drink system.
After you initially set up the drink system (use the instructions for this) it’s quick and easy to use the Vitapod system.
First, make sure your water tank is filled. If you need to fill the tank it will take a few minutes after filling for the system to filter and chill the water.
Once your water tank is filled all you need to do is pick the pod flavor you want to use (this is definitely the hardest part). Insert the pod into the machine, place a glass under the machine, and press start.
Now for the fun part watch the drink mix in the mixing chamber which blends everything up to 690 RPMs and fill your cup.
Do the Drinks Actually Taste Good?
Often the first thing I wonder when I hear about a drink that is healthy is if it tastes good. Let’s be honest there are some good-tasting healthy drinks out there and some not-so-great ones.
You don’t have to worry about the Vitapod drinks they taste great, my picky kids even like them. The pods come in several different flavors and obviously depending on personal preferences some flavors are more favorites than others.
