So grab your phone and ask your kids these questions. It’s a fun surprise for mom if you can pull it off.

If you can’t do it as a surprise still do it! You will love having this video interview as your little ones get older.

It’s so fun to hear what kids come up with when they are asked a question and not prompted with an answer.

My Mom Worksheet

For the past couple of years, my kids have filled out a questionnaire about mom and dad each year. It’s so fun to see what their answers are.

I love it when young kids that don’t really understand age answer. There have been years where I’m 3 years old just like they are and years where I’m 70 because I’m old.

It’s just so funny to hear their little answers to each of the questions on this questionnaire. Giving a mom a filled-out questionnaire is a priceless gift.

If you’re the mom and you know that no one else will do one of these for you, print it out and do it with the kids yourself. You will be so glad you did.

You could always print out the questionnaire and give it to the kid’s dad as a “gentle” hint that he should help them fill it out!

All About Mom

So I have to be honest while I love the filled-out All About My Mom worksheets that the kids have answered and colored, I really love seeing a little video of the kids answering the questions.

Last year we made a video of the kids answering each of these questions about mom as well as writing down the answers and it’s a priceless treasure.

I love being able to see the kid’s handwriting and drawings on the printed mom questionnaire and I love being able to hear their little voices and the unique way they say things on the video.
