Can you believe it’s a new year and a new decade? I have to say that 2019 was a challenging year for our family. We had a lot of growing experiences and luckily we were able to travel in the mix of everything else. There were some awesome places we visited this year many for the first time.

Here are the top 10 places we visited in no particular order.

Magic Kingdom

We spent 2 days this year at the Magic Kingdom and it was so much fun. This wasn’t our first time visiting Disney World, but it’s the first time our kids really remember it.

We had so much fun at the Magic Kingdom this year we tried some amazing foods at the park and found out a few things we wish we would have known sooner.

Castillo De San Marcos

The Castillo De San Marcos is the only extant 17th-century military construction in the country and it’s the oldest masonry fortress in the United States.

The Castillo De San Marcos is located in St. Augustine Florida. It’s a very interesting place to visit with tons of information about the history of that area in Florida.

If you’re visiting with kids try to make it to a reenactment and don’t forget about the Jr. Ranger Program.

Mickler Beach

While we were living in Florida for a few months this year Mickler Beach and the beaches along the Guana River Wildlife Management Are quickly became one of our favorite places to spend the day.
