Okay, how can we already be in the last month of the year? November was busy, fun and over altogether to fast. Does the fact that Thanksgiving was later in the month make anyone else feel like the month went faster?
If you missed it you can read about last month here.

November in Numbers
So let’s see what happened in November, be warned there was more yummy food than there probably should have been.
1 Christmas Tree
One of my favorite Traditions is cutting down our Christmas tree each year. This was our 2nd year going to the same tree farm and it’s so much fun spending time together searching for the perfect tree.
If you’re wondering yes we found the perfect tree and it was taller than dad which was one of our 4-year-old son’s requirements.
2 Viewings of Frozen 2
If you follow me on Instagram you know that we have been counting down the days until we could see Frozen 2. We went to the first showing available the night before the movie’s official release.
Then we had to take Grandma and Grandpa to see it over Thanksgiving week!

3 Fun Visitors
For Thanksgiving Jared’s parents and youngest sister were able to come for a visit. With 3 trips to the airport during the week, the kids are now wondering when they get to go on an airplane. (guess we need to plan a flying trip soon!)
While the family visited we had lots of fun making memories together and eating lots of food!

1 Meal Subscription
We tried our first meal box subscription with Sun Basket. We got 3 different meals and the kids loved 1 of them, haha. It was fun to try the meal box, I’ll have a full review up soon. It’s not something we will ever do regularly but it is a nice way to change things up.

1 Thanksgiving Dinner
Why is it so hard to figure out the right amount of food to make for Thanksgiving? Because I want some of all the dishes, so I make too many dishes. That’s the answer.

Thanksgiving was delicious with plenty (way too much!) food. We had family visiting which made it extra fun.
1 Temple Trip
Mornings have never really been my thing as much as I wish they were but I did wake up at 4 am to go spend the day at the Temple in Philadelphia with some lovely ladies from church.

2.5 Games of Bowling
At the beginning of November, we found an awesome deal on Groupon for 3 hours of bowling. In the 3 hours, we were able to play 2.5 games and the kids loved it so much one of them ended up in tears when we had to leave.
I guess we will have to plan another day of bowling into our calendar soon, but for now, we can practice on the Wii.

2,300 Photos Taken
I’ve mentioned it before, but in case you missed it, I love taking photos of our days so yes I took 2,300 photos this past month. I still need to go through and delete some of them, but I’m sure we have 1,000+ that I will want to keep!

18 Blog Posts Written
In November I was able to get a lot of blog posts written and get me really close to hitting my goal of writing 150 blog posts this year.
